1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using VectorFlow (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. VectorFlow is operated by VectorFlow (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

2. Description of Service

VectorFlow is an AI-powered document processing and pipeline configuration tool. The Service helps users:

  • Process and transform documents for AI applications
  • Configure document processing pipelines
  • Inspect and debug document transformations

VectorFlow is currently in early access. Features, functionality, and availability may change without notice.

3. Early Access and Waitlist

The Service is currently available through an early access program. By joining the waitlist:

  • You agree to receive communications about VectorFlow and your waitlist status
  • Access is granted at our discretion and is not guaranteed
  • Early access features may be experimental or incomplete
  • We may modify or terminate the early access program at any time

4. User Accounts

To use VectorFlow, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Upload or process protected health information (PHI/HIPAA data)
  • Upload or process payment card data (PCI-DSS)
  • Upload or process government classified information
  • Upload or process biometric data
  • Upload or process data subject to export controls (ITAR/EAR)
  • Upload or process children's data (under 13 years old)
  • Use the Service to build a competing product or for competitive benchmarking

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content (documents, data, configurations) you upload to VectorFlow (“Your Content”). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Process and transform your content as directed by you
  • Store your content for the purpose of providing the Service
  • Display your content to you within the Service

You represent that you have the right to upload and process any content you submit, and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

We do not use Your Content to train machine learning models. Your Content is processed solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is owned by VectorFlow and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or branding. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VECTORFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VectorFlow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account by contacting us. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • We may delete your account and content
  • Sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and changing the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Export Compliance

You represent that you are not located in, or a national or resident of, any country subject to U.S. trade sanctions, and are not on any U.S. government restricted party list.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco, California.

15. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VectorFlow regarding the Service.
  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to a successor.
